About Juno
Welcome to Juno — A Community Built by Companions, for Companions
Juno was founded by a working companion with over a decade of independent experience. Her vision is simple: create a space where independent companions can thrive — with access to community, resources, and professional support, without compromising their autonomy.
A Not-for-Profit Model That Puts Companions First
Juno operates on a not-for-profit philosophy. Every dollar we earn is reinvested directly into services and benefits for our companions — from practical tools like booking support and incall housekeeping to broader professional perks. If you’re curious about what’s available, visit our Join Juno page to learn more.
A Celebration of Diversity and Individuality
Juno is home to a beautifully diverse group of companions, each bringing their own style, personality, and presence to the team. We don’t believe in a singular 'look'. Our model supports true independence, which means our profiles are ever-changing as companions opt in and out of our weekly schedule. It keeps things fresh, genuine, and reflective of real life.
Personal Support for Clients
We believe that seeking companionship is an act of self-care, and we do everything we can to make the experience welcoming, respectful, and seamless. Our small administrative team offers a personal, human touch — we care deeply about the quality of your experience.
We are especially proud to support clients living with disabilities or health concerns. Juno’s founder began her career providing companionship exclusively to people with disabilities, and this value remains woven into the heart of our work.
Something Special
Juno is not just a platform — it’s a community. We’re a collective of people with big hearts, bold spirits, and unique talents. We believe in independence, authenticity, and mutual respect.
We look forward to meeting you.

Frequently asked questions
New to Juno? Here’s What to Expect
Juno was founded by a working companion who has always believed that screening should be simple, respectful, and discreet. We aim to make scheduling a visit as quick and non-invasive as possible—while still ensuring safety and peace of mind for everyone.
When you contact Juno for the first time, you’ll be asked to provide:
Your phone number
Your email address
And one of the following for verification:
A photo ID (feel free to black out your address—just make sure your name, birthdate, and photo are visible)
A screenshot of your logged-in LinkedIn profile
A reference from a companion at Juno
An active and respectful TERB profile
Your privacy matters.
We do not store your information. Once you’re verified, all submitted materials are deleted.
After verification, you’ll be assigned a Juno Number—a unique client ID you can use for future bookings, making the process even faster and smoother next time.
That’s it. Simple, respectful, secure.
What is a Juno Number?
A Juno Number is a unique identifier assigned to each client after they successfully complete Juno’s verification process.
Here’s what it does:
Confirms you're verified: It shows that you've already gone through screening and are cleared for bookings.
Speeds things up: Acts like a “fast-pass” so you can skip the verification process for all future visits.
Protects your privacy: Instead of storing your personal information, Juno keeps only your first name and your Juno Number. That’s it.
It’s a streamlined, privacy-respecting way to ensure that once you're in, you're in.
Do the Companions have to verify their identities too?
Absolutely. Our screening process for companions is more rigorous.
Every companion at Juno must provide the following information:
Photo ID proving they are 21+
Health assessment
Proof that they are legally eligible to work in Canada
In-person interview
How do you protect my privacy?
Discretion is just as important to us as it is to you.
We never save or store any personal information—ever. Your privacy is always respected, and your identity is never kept on file.
You’re welcome to communicate with us through regular text, but we also offer encrypted options including:
ProtonMail
WhatsApp
We also provide multiple payment options, all of which appear discreetly on your bank or credit card statement.
And when it comes to meeting in person, we know how to move through hotel lobbies, condo security, and even retirement home front desks with professionalism, confidence, and complete discretion.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
We request a small deposit as a sign of goodwill. It demonstrates to us that you intend to honour the reservation that you have booked. Juno has an obligation to protect the interests of our Companions and the deposit is an easy way to weed out time-wasters.
We understand that it takes a leap of faith to send a deposit. That is why the deposit amount is small. We promise...you won't be disappointed.
How can I pay the deposit?
You have two discreet options for paying the deposit:
E-transfer (via email):
To a Canadian bank account with a nondescript business name
Square Payments (via emailed link):
Accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Appears on your statement as a nondescript business name.
Accepts payments from outside Canada
The balance can be paid, in cash, directly to your Companion at the start of your reservation.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is straightforward:
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
The deposit will be applied to your next appointment with us (within 12 months of the original appointment).
Deposits will be refunded immediately if your Companion cancels the appointment.
I have a physical disability. Can you accommodate me?
Absolutely. Juno takes pride in being an accessible and inclusive service.
To better support our clients with disabilities, we offer booking consultations by phone in addition to our standard options (email, text, and WhatsApp).
Just reach out and let us know what you need - we'll make sure you're matched with a companion who is experienced and attuned to your unique circumstances.
We also offer in-home visits for clients with disabilities. Please note that additional verification steps are required for these appointments.
First Time Visiting? Here’s Our Best Advice:
We’re excited to welcome you! To make sure your experience is smooth, respectful, and unforgettable, here are a few things to keep in mind:
🚿 Take a Shower — It’s Non-Negotiable
Juno Companions are impeccably clean, and we expect the same from our clients. A fresh shower sets the tone for a respectful and enjoyable time together.
🍷 Go Easy on Substances
Feeling a little nervous? That’s totally normal — we get butterflies too!
But trust us: overindulging in drugs or alcohol can derail an otherwise great experience.
If you’d like to share a drink, let’s pour a glass together.
If you use recreational substances legally, just let us know when you book. We’ll match you with a Companion who’s on the same page.
If you’re sober, tell us — we’re happy to connect you with someone who honors that lifestyle.
📵 Put the Tech Away
Open laptops and upright phones make us uneasy. We’re here to be present with each other — no surveillance vibes, please.
Music is always welcome, so feel free to queue your favorite playlist.
Recording or filming without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from Juno.
💌 Keep Special Requests Simple
Want a certain outfit, toy, or vibe? Let us know what excites you and then let us handle the rest. The less micromanaging, the better the experience.
✨ Take a Breath. You’re in Good Hands.
We’re genuinely looking forward to meeting you. Let yourself relax — this is meant to be fun, kind, and connection-focused.
